1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
- For local deliveries (within city) – estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
- For other locations – delivery may take 5–12 business days, depending on your pincode and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available for selected products or above a certain order value.
- In other cases, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check real-time delivery status.
5. Shipping Delays
- Delays may occur due to natural calamities, public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated about your shipment.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve within India.

- अन्य स्थितियों में, वजन और लोकेशन के आधार पर सामान्य शिपिंग चार्ज लागू होंगे।

- शिपमेंट के बाद आपको ईमेल या एसएमएस के माध्यम से एक ट्रैकिंग नंबर प्राप्त होगा।
- आप इस नंबर का उपयोग करके कुरियर वेबसाइट पर डिलीवरी की स्थिति देख सकते हैं।
5. शिपिंग में देरी
- प्राकृतिक आपदाओं, सार्वजनिक अवकाश, कुरियर समस्याओं या अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण शिपिंग में देरी हो सकती है।
- ऐसी स्थिति में, हम आपको सूचित करेंगे और आपके ऑर्डर की स्थिति के बारे में अपडेट देते रहेंगे।
6. अंतरराष्ट्रीय शिपिंग
- वर्तमान में हम अंतरराष्ट्रीय शिपिंग की सुविधा नहीं देते हैं। हमारी सेवाएँ केवल भारत के भीतर उपलब्ध हैं।
