🖥️ 1. Refund Policy for Computer Sales & Accessories
- All computer systems, parts, and accessories sold by Sonu Computers undergo quality testing before dispatch.
- Refunds are not applicable once a product is sold and delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified by the brand warranty center.
- If a product is received in damaged condition or defective on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, replacement or repair will be arranged as per manufacturer policy.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed only if replacement is not possible.
🔧 2. Refund Policy for Computer Services
- Services like Computer Repair, Software Installation, Formatting, or Online Support are non-refundable once completed.
- If a service is not started yet, cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of booking.
- If the issue remains unresolved even after service, we will offer a re-service or partial refund after reviewing the case.
💻 3. Refund Policy for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- Digital Signature Certificates are non-refundable once the application has been processed or certificate issued.
- If your DSC application is rejected before approval, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be issued.
- Refunds are processed only through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
🕒 4. Order Cancellation
- For product orders, cancellation can be done before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For services, cancellation requests will be accepted only before work has started.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to seo@sonucomtech.com with proof of order/payment.
⚠️ 5. Wrong or Incomplete Information
If the customer provides incorrect details, wrong delivery address, or incomplete KYC documents, Sonu Computers will not be liable for refund or replacement.

- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Any gateway or bank charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
