These Payment Terms & Conditions explain how payments are processed, handled, and governed for our digital services, including Digital Signer Service, Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), and related computer services.
By making a payment on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
🧾 1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
- UPI / QR Code / Net Banking
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- Wallets and Online Payment Gateways
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
💰 2. Pricing Policy
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Sonu Computers reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Prices may vary depending on the type of service and government fee for DSC issuance.
🧾 3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
For Digital Signature Certificates, additional KYC verification and document submission may be required.
🔄 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since Digital Signature Certificates are government-approved and generated based on verified documents, no refund or cancellation is allowed once the DSC is issued.
However:
- If your DSC application is rejected before approval, we may refund the amount (after deducting processing charges).
- For other services, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sonu Computers.
🧾 5. Payment Security
We use SSL encryption and secure gateways to ensure your financial data is protected.
Sonu Computers does not store your card or banking details.
⚙️ 6. Invoice & Billing
All successful transactions generate an official invoice sent to your registered email ID.
You can request a hard copy if required.
📅 7. Service Delivery
After payment confirmation:
- For Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), processing may take 1–2 working days after verification.
- Other digital or computer services are delivered as per the nature of the service and order queue.
⚠️ 8. Payment Disputes
If you face any issue related to payment or billing, contact us immediately.
We’ll verify the transaction and resolve the issue within 3–5 working days.

📜 9. Legal Disclaimer
All payments made to Sonu Computers are considered final once the transaction is completed successfully.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the concerned authorities under the Information Technology Act (India).

- Sonu Computers बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के मूल्य बदलने का अधिकार रखता है।
- कीमतें सेवा के प्रकार और सरकारी शुल्क के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकती हैं।
🧾 3. ऑर्डर की पुष्टि
भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद आपको ईमेल या एसएमएस द्वारा ऑर्डर की पुष्टि भेजी जाएगी।
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) के लिए अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज़ और KYC सत्यापन की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
🔄 4. रिफंड एवं रद्द नीति (Refund & Cancellation)
- DSC एक सरकारी स्वीकृत डिजिटल सेवा है, इसलिए एक बार प्रमाणपत्र जारी होने के बाद रद्द या रिफंड नहीं किया जा सकता।
- यदि आवेदन अस्वीकृत होता है, तो प्रसंस्करण शुल्क काटकर आंशिक रिफंड दिया जा सकता है।
- अन्य सेवाओं के लिए रिफंड केवल Sonu Computers के विवेकानुसार किया जाएगा।
🧾 5. भुगतान सुरक्षा
हम आपकी वित्तीय जानकारी की सुरक्षा के लिए SSL Encryption और Secure Payment Gateways का उपयोग करते हैं।
हम आपकी कार्ड या बैंक जानकारी को संग्रहीत नहीं करते।
⚙️ 6. चालान और बिलिंग
सभी सफल लेनदेन के बाद एक आधिकारिक चालान (Invoice) आपके ईमेल पर भेजा जाएगा।
आप चाहें तो इसकी हार्ड कॉपी का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
📅 7. सेवा वितरण
भुगतान की पुष्टि के बाद:
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) जारी करने में 1–2 कार्य दिवस लग सकते हैं।
- अन्य सेवाएँ सेवा के प्रकार और कार्य क्रम के अनुसार प्रदान की जाती हैं।

यदि किसी भुगतान से संबंधित समस्या आती है, तो तुरंत हमसे संपर्क करें।
हम 3–5 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर समस्या का समाधान करने का प्रयास करेंगे।
